Tumbling Classes


Level 1

Saturdays - 10:00 AM
This class is designed for the athlete that is just beginning their tumbling career. Athletes will focus on creating a strong tumbling foundation while learning basic tumbling skills such as forward rolls, hand stands, cartwheels, bridges, font and back walkovers and combination skills.



Level 2

Saturdays - 11:00 AM
This class is to learn and work on back handsprings. Athletes will work on the fundamentals of a back handspring; including drills, strength training and building confidence to throw a back handspring on multiple surfaces


Level 3-5

Saturdays - 12:00 PM
This class is to learn and work on back tucks, layouts, aerials, front aerials, arabians, punch fronts, etc.. All elite level 2 skills must be mastered in order to attend this class.
